Ihaca was theoretically planned in January of 2025 and established in February of 2025, our first apartment went live in March of 2025 in Dubai. The journey has been a roller coaster, as narrowing down apartments and giving them the essence of Ihaca was a challenge. We always looked upon quality over quantity, so from the location of the apartment to the furniture, everything has been handpicked by us, keeping comfort and luxury in mind.

We're Kristin & Mustafa, friends & travel lovers who decided to turn our shared dream into reality by creating our own vacation homes. Over the years, we stayed in countless holiday homes around the world. Some were beautiful but lacked warmth. Rest had charm but missed the basics, like no coffee, no instructions, and no local tips. We often asked ourselves, Why can’t a vacation home feel as easy and welcoming as a hotel but as personal as your own home?". So we are now on a mission to fix those loopholes.
